2026 Monthly Benefit Plan Costs

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve your benefits experience, Tillamook is introducing a new level of flexibility for 2026. You’ll now have more control to choose coverage that better supports your health and financial goals.

What’s Changing?
Plans are now unbundled, meaning you can make selections for yourself and your dependents individually—giving you the freedom to tailor your benefits to fit your unique needs.

Each year during renewal, we evaluate our health and wellness offerings to identify opportunities for improvement while keeping employee costs as low as possible. Despite rising healthcare costs across the industry, we’re proud to share that there will be no increase to health insurance premiums for the 2026 plan year.

Our plans continue to outperform industry benchmarks in both premium rates and coverage. This reflects our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional benefits while maintaining fiscal responsibility, grounded in our core values of Genuine Care and being Good Stewards of our resources.
